Full description
In the field of training nursing and obstetrics, we train more than 400 learners and students every year. All specialists in the nursing and midwife teams and the vocational trainers on the stations work together with the education managers for a good quality of training. We are looking for a motivated personality for our training team on 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
Tasks
- As head of the training course FH Midwives, you are responsible for planning, organization, curriculum practice and transfer coaching.
- You control, plan and accompany the training process of students at the tertiary level (HF/FH care, FH midwives) in the area of women's and children's hospital. You support them in their individual learning and development process and take over the personnel leadership.
- You are responsible for the formative and summative assessments.
- You take over the specialist management of the vocational trainers and work closely with station management as well as internal and external educational partners.
- You design the transfer lessons in the schoolroom and carry out learning sequences in practice.
- You ensure compliance with legal, institutional and educational requirements and at the same time engage yourself in the strategic development of training, in projects and in public relations.
Profile
- Completed university of applied sciences studies in midwives (Bachelor or Master)
- Training as a vocational school teacher/adult educator
- Training and teaching experience
- Independent working with strong organisational, planning and administrative skills
- High performance competence and communication skills
