Not far from the Schnebelhorn in the Zurich Oberland, we operate an outdoor location for people with increased structural requirements in a remote and natural environment on the Strahlegg. Immediately or by agreement as Social pedagogue/social pedagogue as team leader for the location Steg im Tösstal (80 – 100%) You have many years of experience caring for people with cognitive impairments, especially those with challenging behavior and increased structural needs. With your dedicated, natural and human-oriented nature, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that we can offer our residents a home tailored precisely to their needs. The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called “Wagi”) in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for more than 100 years and offers over 50 employees who need support accompanied jobs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a demand-oriented offer of living and care places as well as various day and leisure offers, we promote the quality of life, participation and self-determination of our residents. The special features of the Wagerenhof include size and Dörfli character, which allows space for encounters. For this we give you the responsibility

• Personnel, organizational and financial management of the residential community with 6 residents
• Agogic responsibility for living and day structure
• Assistance and support for people with cognitive impairments and challenging behavior.
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation, also with the experts of the Wagerenhof Foundation

You fit in with us and at this point, if you also put our residents at the center of your activities and you bring the following:

• Completed studies as a social pedagogue / social pedagogue FH/HF
• Experience accompanying people with cognitive impairments and challenging behavior
• Designated leadership experience
• High cooperation capacity and transparency
• Planning and organisational competence
• Preferably own vehicle is present
