Vous collaborez avec les unités hospitalières, les affaires culturelles, le Réseau Santé Sport Inclusion (RSSI) ainsi que le réseau social.
Vous coordonnez, soutenez et mettez sur pied des activités en utilisant un certain nombre de médiations permettant aux patients de (re-)trouver un équilibre entre intérêt personnel et activité sociale, durant l’hospitalisation.
