Full description

• Revisit and catalog the physical collections of the Agroscope Documentation Service (scientific books, magazines, etc.), including activities with the Alma library system
• Collaboration with various projects of the Documentation Service (repository of publications, access to bibliography, institution of the archive)
• Provide support to the Scientific Documentation Service in daily activities (e.g. responding to the orders and requests of researchers)
• Identify historical documents and collect and compile documents for digitization
• Make transfers (including working hours) in various locations (in particular Liebefeld BE, Posieux FR, Changins VD)
• Bachelor or master's degree in information science or history (consequenced by max. 18 months) or equivalent training
• Knowledge in the library of physical and electronic collections is a preferential title
• Knowledge of the Alma librarian system and the swisscovery research platform is preferential title
• Ability to work precisely, autonomously, with commitment and perseverance
• Interest in applied research in the agri-food sector
• Good knowledge of two official languages and English
