What to expect
- Organisation and management of material input and output as well as coordination of daily operations
- Contact person: for internal and external customers in the field of circular economy
- Planning and coordination of material quantities and processing capacities including troubleshooting
- Processing of customer requests and performing administrative tasks in various operating systems (e.g. Google, CRM Tool and Sales Force, Logon and SAP)
- Support for monthly accounts, audits and evaluations
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces and assumption of further organizational tasks
What you bring
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification, additional business training and sales experience are advantageous
- Experience in scheduling, circular economy or a comparable industry is beneficial
- Secure handling of MS Office or Google Workspace and SAP
- Feel for customer relationships and solution orientation
- Dynamic and strong personality with self-confidence and assertiveness
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method as well as a good numerical ratio
- Communication strength, team spirit and friends at customer contact
- Very good German skills as well as good English & French skills
- Italian is an advantage
