Your tasks

• You implement optimal surgical planning according to strategic and tactical specifications - taking into account all key resources (staff, beds, surgical capacities, equipment).
• You schedule elective interventions in coordination with the specialist departments.
• You continuously adjust the planning for short-term changes and prioritize urgent interventions.
• You are with the patient or Relatives in contact regularly.
• You control the completeness of relevant patient and planning documents.
• You actively participate in process optimizations and quality measures. Your profile
• Health education (desirable with experience in OPS or anesthesia)
• Experience in surgical planning
• Ability to think in a network and act in a flexible, situational manner
• Resilience, teamwork and strong communication skills
