At the Hirslanden Clinic Zurich Emergency Center, you are an important point of contact for our patients. With your friendly, empathetic and service-oriented nature, you contribute to a positive patient experience. In close exchange with the shift management and the triage specialist, you make an important contribution to a smooth process at the reception.

YOUR TASKS

• You welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner and ensure a smooth administrative reception.
• You are a central point of contact for patients, relatives and internal and external contact persons.
• You provide with your attentive and appreciative communication for a pleasant reception atmosphere.
• You take on organizational and administrative tasks around the reception.
• You are in regular exchange with shift management and triage specialists and support a smooth flow of information.

Your profile

• You have completed training as Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or as Medical and Hospital Secretary.
• Professional experience as a consulting assistant in an acute hospital and/or in an emergency department is beneficial.
• You know the basic differences between illness and accident cases as well as the corresponding insurance processes.
• You communicate very well in German, both verbally and in writing, and have good oral English skills. Other foreign languages are beneficial.
• Even in demanding situations, you perform professionally and calmly.
• You have a good feeling for the needs of patients and contribute with your commitment to a high quality of service.
