For legal support of the management and the main departments as well as the medium-term establishment of our own legal service, we are looking for a proven specialist. Tasks
- You are the central contact person of the water supply for legal issues and advise the management and the main departments in legal matters.
- In close coordination with the Legal Service of the Department of Industrial Enterprises You ensure that legal requirements are always met.
- You create, check and negotiate contracts of all kinds, accompany the preparation and follow-up of notarizations and easements and support the responsible internal bodies in tenders and submissions.
- Your tasks also include the analysis of consultations and political initiatives at the urban, cantonal and federal level, on which you write well-founded statements in the interest of water supply.
- You bring Your legal expertise is specifically integrated into the further development of the internal regulations and also has the opportunity to participate strategically in city-wide projects or to provide valuable impulses in committees if necessary.
Profile
- You have a law degree with several years of professional experience in public administration, preferably with a lawyer's patent
- In addition to in-depth knowledge, you also bring practical experience in both public law and private law
- You are an open and initiative personality who thinks in a networked and structured way, likes to work independently and act in a solution-oriented way.
- Your integrity, convincing appearance is rounded off by clear and appreciative communication (stylish German in word and writing)
