• Accompaniment of adults with disabilities in the interdisciplinary team
• Ensuring professional support of residents during the night in health and agogic topics
• Enabling a night’s sleep that meets the needs of residents
• Emergency assessment and appropriate action
• Independent, goal-oriented and quality-oriented work
• You have completed training as a nurse HF or health EFZ specialist
• Your sensitive and respectful nature allows you to build a trusting relationship with the residents
• Your way of working distinguishes you by a self-reflected, resource- and solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
• Your team spirit and independent, proactive action enable developments
• You are ready to learn new things and provide your expertise
• You are resilient, flexible, humorous and can quickly settle into new situations
• Weekend services come naturally to you
