Senior Medical Assistant in 80–100% – Aesthetic Medicine
Responsibility
- Organisation and coordination of day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth operation in practice
- Professional leadership and support of the MPA team
- Planning and coordination of employee assignments
- Cooperation in day-to-day business and care of our patients
- Assistance in aesthetic medicine treatments
- Organisation and coordination of office hours and management of office hours calendars
- Support in the development and implementation of structures, process standards and internal processes
- Ensuring a high quality of service and treatment
- Taking over various administrative and organisational tasks
- Performance billing and collection and mutation of patient data
- Cooperation in the training and introduction of new employees
- Close cooperation with the medical profession and other internal interfaces
Requirements
- Completed training as medical/practice assistant/in EFZ
- Several years of professional experience as an MPA, mandatory in aesthetic medicine, dermatology or a related field of expertise
- First leadership experience of advantage or the motivation to take responsibility for a team
- Enjoy both taking on organizational and coordinative tasks and continuing to actively participate in everyday practice
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- High level of commitment, initiative and responsibility
- Strong service and patient orientation
- Safe and professional appearance as well as very good communication skills
- Good computer science user knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German, English skills are advantageous
