What we are looking for you for
Do you have a military background and would like to use your experience in an international high-tech environment in the future? In this key role, you will take on the technical management of demanding testing and demonstration campaigns of state-of-the-art air defense systems with direct customer contact in an international environment.
Tasks
- Planning, organizing and carrying out tests and demonstrations at the overall system level
- Development of field testing and demonstration concepts
- Coordination of all internal and external parties involved and ensuring a smooth process
- Organization of material, infrastructure and service provision by third-party companies
- Taking over organizational management including safety responsibility for tests and demonstrations
- Preparation of operational reports and execution of after action reviews for continuous optimization
- Technical support for sales through presentations, customer discussions and training
- Effort determination & cost estimation as well as risk and scheduling planning for testing and demonstration campaigns
Requirements
- Military training is required
- Officer career would be an advantage
- Military knowledge of anti-aircraft defense is required
- Completed technical apprenticeship with comprehensive further training or technical studies
- Several years of experience in project management as well as in-depth knowledge of planning complex projects
- High technical affinity, especially in the areas of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong leadership experience and organizational skills as well as high resilience and endurance
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of customer orientation; intercultural knowledge and skills
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English as well as didactic skills

Requirements
