What you do

• Independent management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties (with assistance)
• Housing acceptances and transfers
• Oral and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs and authorities
• Ensuring maintenance and cooperation in renovation and renewal projects
• Periodic assessment of properties and preparation of status reports
• Preparation and monitoring of budget and multiannual planning

What you bring

• Completed basic training and further education as a real estate manager /-in with federal law. Specialist card
• Several years of professional experience in business and residential property management
• Category B driving licence and own car required
• Secure MS Office knowledge, ideally application knowledge of Garaio REM
• Service- and customer-oriented personality with independent and proactive working methods
