Your tasks This position is to be filled on 01.12.2026 or 01.01.2027.

• You support the commercial and technical management of a versatile real estate portfolio and ensure smooth processes in the background.
• You actively accompany the re-letting – from the coordination and implementation of visits to communication with interested parties.
• You create rental contracts, attachments and supplements for apartments and ancillary objects and ensure clean contract documentation.
• You organize and accompany apartment and property acceptances as well as transfers and take over these partly independently.
• You create tenant final reports and support with further administrative tasks relating to the tenancy.
• You support debtor and creditor management while keeping track of open processes.
• You are an important contact person for tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, offices and housekeepers – both in writing and orally.
• You take on a variety of administrative tasks and relieve the managers in day-to-day business.
• You are actively involved, think and tackle when it comes to making processes efficient and customer-oriented.

Your requirements

• Successful graduation of real estate manager: in with federal professional certificate
• Several years of experience in residential property management
• Stylistic German in Word and Writing
• Good IT application knowledge (MS Office programs, GREM, etc.)
• Charismatic appearance and strong social skills
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle are required
