Tasks

• Administrative management and support of real estate properties in the RIMO system
• Organisation and implementation of housing acceptances and transfers as well as care of tenants
• Cooperation in locking and access management including management of physical and electronic access authorizations
• Reception, collection, triage and transmission of messages and orders relating to infrastructure and equipment
• Support in parking management and support of external partners
• Recording and coordination of orders in the Planon system
• General administrative property activities
• Support for the Finance department in the event of rental losses and heating and ancillary costs accounts

Requirements

• Completed basic vocational training with EFZ
• At least 3 years of professional experience, of which ideally 2 years in the relevant field
• Further training in real estate management is beneficial
• Stylistic and very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good MS-Office knowledge
• Knowledge of RIMO or comparable management software is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable working method
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders

The Swiss Epilepsy Foundation (EPI) is a multi-sector company.
