Are you seeking a role with room for design and development opportunities? Then you're in the right place! As Sales Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for ensuring efficient market development for Rheinmetall Air Defence products in Asia, with the goal of achieving budgeted order intake and contribution margins. Your tasks include in particular:

• Building and maintaining personal contacts with customers and representatives in order to detect new projects, realize existing ones, and maintain the company and product image in the market
• Actively working the market and implementing country-specific priority objectives
• Assessing the market and identifying projects with the greatest potential
• Executing sales activities defined in the sales process, i.e., product presentations, demonstrations, and trials
• Advising customers on deployment, logistics, and combat value enhancements, as well as creating sales documentation
• Preparing and conducting contract negotiations through to contract conclusion
• Deploying and leading representatives, consultants, and partners in the market
• Assisting in the preparation of quotations and contracts in collaboration with other Rheinmetall Air Defence business units

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed professional training and/or university degree, as well as further business administration training are required
• Preferably already demonstrable sales success in Asia and corresponding network in the security-critical environment
• Tactical as well as technical understanding in the field of ground-based air defense
• Military officer career desired - advantageous as Unit Commander (m/f/d) in ground-based air defense
• Secure handling of MS Office applications
• Professional demeanor, communicative skills, and high intercultural competence
• Negotiation-fluent in German and English (additional languages advantageous)
• Flexibility for regular business travel abroad (travel activity 50-60%)
• Quick comprehension, negotiation skills, and strong implementation capability
