At ZFV, you take responsibility for medium-sized construction projects of our hotels and investment properties, from project planning to successful implementation. • You will manage medium-sized construction projects for our hotels and investment properties from the project planning phase.
• You will take over the professional leadership of internal project teams and external planners.
• You are involved in the development and implementation of our hotel and gastro products.
• You support in profitability and success calculations as well as in due diligence processes in the context of investments and divestitures.
• You provide important data and basics for portfolio management and contribute to its further development.
• You take on the necessary administrative tasks in project and portfolio management.
• If necessary, bring your CAD knowledge directly and make minor adjustments to plans yourself. Your recipe for success
• A basic training as a building draftsman:in or architectural draftsman:in EFZ/EBA and a further training in construction management, for example as a technician:in HF
• Several years of experience in construction management and management of construction projects
• First experience in the client: representation of advantage
• Experience in hotel planning is beneficial
• Good knowledge of CAD systems, for example VectorWorks
• Experience with project management systems such as Asana and the common office programs
• Strategic thinking and action as well as a structured and data-savvy working method
• An agile and innovative mindset, high target and customer orientation
