For the adult psychiatry ward Park C with a focus on crisis intervention, we are looking for a

The Park C ward offers support and help in mental crises to adults between the ages of 18 and 60. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the ward combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieutherapeutic effective factors.

Your tasks Your tasks in management are to share responsibility for the implementation of strategic objectives. They share responsibility for the personnel, organizational and economic needs of the ward. They ensure a high quality of care based on the latest findings and methods. You will work closely with the ward management and in the interdisciplinary team. You would like to deal with processes and conceptual development and actively participate. Your core tasks will also include individual, professional care and support for patients. You will actively shape the therapeutic milieu of the ward and orient your way of working to the ward concept. With commitment and open-mindedness, you think and act for the benefit of the patients. You will show understanding towards the patients and their individual psychological problems, while maintaining contacts at eye level.

Your profile You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH, have an interest in the psychiatric field and enjoy and understand how to deal with people in their problem management. You are characterized by independence, a sense of responsibility and a high level of social skills. You have leadership experience or are willing to complete leadership training and contribute content. If you are a team-oriented, communicative and prudent personality and are interested in the management function, we will be happy to accept your application.
