We are looking for a construction manager: in GU/TU (new building) for the Zurich region with place of employment in Opfikon. • As a construction manager: you lead, realize and coordinate new construction projects from the start of the project to the defect-free handover as a GU/TU
• You actively target and lead the awarding process to subcontractors
• You lead construction sites in a team taking into account the safety, timing, qualitative and quantitative specifications
• You are the hub on site and the first point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, building managers and authorities Requirements What requirements do you bring as construction manager GU/TU Zurich (m/f/d)?
• Dipl. Construction manager:in, technician:in TS, building designator:in or equivalent education/training
• Several years of construction management experience in projects in the field of new construction (GU/TU)
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
