For our Modernization department in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as a dedicated construction manager (m/f/d). Your location will be the Zurich region.

Tasks

What tasks await you as a construction manager conversion (m/f/d) Zurich?

• You lead and coordinate renovation projects from tendering to commissioning, taking into account security, deadlines, quality and cost requirements
• You are the hub on site and the first point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners and authorities
• You take on the role of contact person for builders, business partners and tenants
• You have an open and respectful communication culture

Requirements

What requirements do you bring as a construction manager conversion (m/f/d) Zurich?

• Completed training in the main construction industry with further training for the construction manager, technician or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in the construction management of conversion projects, ideally in dealing with listed or protected objects
• In-depth building expertise and secure application of scheduling software, preferably Elcosoft Powerproject
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing as well as strong communication and social skills
• Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented and assertive personality with a high level of initiative, resilience and pleasure in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams
