As Deputy Director, you take on a central management function within the private clinic and together with the management bear the responsibility for the successful further development of the company. They actively shape operational leadership and ensure high-quality, economical and patient-oriented service provision.

Their main tasks include

• Operational management of selected clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Take over the deputy director in strategic, organizational and operational issues.
• Responsibility for the financial management and performance of the areas assigned to you, including budget planning, forecasting and profitability analyses.
• Leadership and development of leaders and teams with a focus on quality, efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure close cooperation between medical specialists, corporate functions and external partners.
• Coordination and further development of processes as well as management of cross-divisional optimization and change projects.
• Co-creation and implementation of the corporate strategy as well as support of the management in strategic initiatives.

For this demanding leadership position, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with proven leadership experience in the healthcare sector.

They shall have at their disposal

• University degree in health management, business administration, healthcare management or comparable discipline.
• Several years of leadership and management experience in a clinic, hospital or comparable health institution.
• In-depth knowledge in financial management, controlling and business management in the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrable experience in the responsibility for budgets, results management and economic optimization of organizational units.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory, tariff and health policy framework of the Swiss healthcare system.
• High level of social and leadership competence as well as experience in the management of managers.
• Proven competence in project and change management.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic understanding and the ability to combine operational excellence with economic success.
• Safe appearance towards the medical profession, employees, partners and external stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of French, Italian and/or English.
