We enchant the world with chocolate! Lindt & Sprüngli (Switzerland) AG is a subsidiary of the global Lindt & Sprüngli Group with headquarters and production facilities in Kilchberg on Lake Zurich. In Altendorf we operate our own logistics centre, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own use as well as for other European production facilities. Throughout Switzerland, we proudly operate 15 Lindt shops, including iconic locations such as the Jungfraujoch and the Swiss Transport House in Lucerne. More than 1000 employees from more than 50 nations contribute to our success.

What you do with us

• Team and shop management in the absence of the shop manager
• Support in recruitment and in the creation of shift plans
• First-class sales advice for our local and international customers
• Merchandising of sales shelves (including freshness checks)
• Cash register operation
• Assistance in warehouse management
• Support of the shop manager in the leadership of the team
• Co-responsibility for the entire operation of the shop

When you fit in with us

• Training as a retail specialist EFZ or comparable training
• At least 2-3 years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable function
• Convincing salesperson with a high level of customer orientation
• Flexible in time and ready to take on weekend assignments
• Team-capable, committed and open personality
• Passion for our premium chocolate and for the attention to detail
• Flowing German and good English skills, other languages beneficial
• Careful appearance and a friendly and proactive nature
