Tasks
- They carry the overall nursing responsibility during the night and are supported by an AGS or nursing aid SRK.
- They take on nursing and medical tasks, especially in demanding care situations.
- They support residents and their relatives during periods of illness and in challenging moments.
- They are instrumental in the design of the departmental goals in order to ensure and promote quality and interdisciplinary cooperation at night.
- They keep the care documentation in the easyDoc comprehensive and work safely with the RAI classification system.
Profile
- Empathetic, responsible personality with a strong human orientation
- Enthusiasm for self-responsible work, combined with team spirit and commitment
- Completed training as a nurse (HF/FH/DNII) with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
- Excellent knowledge of German in words and writing as well as excellent communication skills
- Networked thinking, high load capacity and a structured working method
