Key requirements
Completed training at tertiary level (HF or FH)
Several years of experience in long-term care
Completion of the RAI LTCF Expert Course would be an advantage (at least supervisor training)
Sound knowledge of RAI-LTCF and interest in further developing this area in the Tertianum Neuhegi
Understanding of nursing financing and billing
Very good computer skills (MS-Office, RAI-Soft and CareCoach would be an advantage)
Enthusiasm for coaching, guiding and supporting employees
Efficient, solution-oriented and process-oriented work
