For the Senevita Limmatfeld we are looking for an immediately or by agreement Dipl. Nursing specialist HF as residential management 100% Your tasks
- Professional, human and organizational management of a care team with around 15 employees
- Participation in the recruitment of new employees and responsibility for their introduction
- Ensuring an optimal care and care quality of 16 residents, based on the care concept
- Planning, coordination and organisation of day-to-day processes
- Responsible for rostering
- Ensuring compliance with maintenance processes as well as legal, professional and internal standards and requirements
- Support and coaching of employees, role model and team motivation
- Contact person for residents and their relatives
- Contact person for internal and external bodies and doctors
- Preparation and assurance of a complete maintenance documentation
- Cooperation in the further development of care quality and processes
- Cooperation with other residential management, nursing service management, management and interprofessional teams
- Participation in management team meetings
- Conducting team meetings, employee meetings and qualifications
- Approximate division of tasks: 80% bedside care / 20% management and administration tasks
