Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (non-profit) organization and provides professional and comprehensive needs-oriented care and support on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon and Weisslingen. Our goal is to enable sick, impaired or reconvicted people of all ages to live a self-determined life at home.

• Execution of comprehensive care measures in complex client situations
• Ensuring a good quality of care taking into account the quality requirements
• Responsibility for meaningful and appropriate care documentation
• Responsibility for the entire care process including needs assessments with interRAI
• Ensuring a meaningful flow of information to supervisors, employees and other services
• Talks with family doctors, relatives and hospitals
• Responsible for correct electronic power measurement
• Responsible for the competence-based use as well as the guidance and monitoring of employees

Preferably bringing You are training as a wound expert with

• Participation in internal company measures for occupational safety and health protection
• Control of wounds
• Support, advice and training of employees as WEX

We want you to

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, DN2, AKP
• Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organization
• High client and service orientation
• High communication, self- and social skills
• Resilient, innovative and flexible personality
• Good computer science user knowledge
• Experience with interRAI
• Category B driving licence (mandatory)
• Desirable further training as a wound expert or willingness to complete it

Portrait As of January 1, 2014, Spitex Regio ZO emerged from the merger of three independent Spitex associations. We now look after an area of 44 km2 with around 14,000 inhabitants.

Benefits

• Paid breaks: From 4 hours of use You have a 15 minute paid break.
• Free drinks: We offer you 2 "Kafi" or 2 "tees" per day. You can also taste a fruit every day.
• Holidays Plus: 5 weeks to 49 years; 6 weeks from 50 years; 7 weeks from 60 years
• Provision Plus: We take over 60% of the contributions to the pension fund. You have the choice between 3 different savings plans, which you can choose every year. The coordination deduction will be adjusted according to your employment level.

• Intermediation Premium: If you recommend us as an attractive employer, you will receive a premium of CHF 1'000 if you successfully place new employees. -
• Occupational clothing: We provide you with the professional clothing (apron, T-shirt, softshell jacket) and rucksack. The clothes will be washed and ironed for you.
• Gifts: After completing the 10th year of service and every 5 years thereafter, we will pay you an additional monthly wage.
