The Hospital Uster has 5 operating rooms with a focus on orthopaedics and traumatology, visceral surgery, urology, gynecology, obstetrics and ENT. Another important core competence of the anesthesia team is clinical emergency medicine with the care of patients in the shock room and as a resuscitation team for the entire hospital. As an expert in anesthesia care NDS HF, you are an important link in the entire perioperative treatment chain. With the help of your pronounced professional knowledge, your technical skills and your high level of social competence, you independently carry out anesthesia under the delegation of a specialist and are responsible for the continuous perioperative monitoring of patients. • Preparation and implementation of general anaesthesia
• Assistance and independent monitoring of regional anesthesia
• independent implementation of regional procedures (IVRA)
• interdisciplinary emergency medical patient care and resuscitation in the shock room and throughout the hospital
• expert and careful handling of all devices, materials and medicines
• Complete anesthesia documentation and performance monitoring
• Assistance in the organisation of a rapid and smooth operation of the operational programme
• Co-responsibility in introducing and supervising new employees, learners and students
• Close cooperation in the intra- and interprofessional team

• Completed and recognised in Switzerland Diploma in Care (DN II / HF / FH)
• Completed specialist training (HF/NDS) as a dipl. specialist anesthesia care (mandatory)
• Resilience, flexibility and a high degree of responsibility

• Professional and cost-conscious handling of technical devices, materials and medicines
• Readiness for shift services, as well as weekend services
• Willingness to help out in our anesthesiologically guided wake-up room (mainly support in the midday saloon)
