Your tasks

• You are part of our Perioperative Care (POC) and work alternately in the surgical day clinic as well as on the upkeep.
• Taking over postoperative supervision and nursing care of our patients is one of your activities.
• You support day surgery and Same Day Surgery patients and accompany children, adolescents and their families in the wake-up phase.
• Postoperative care and monitoring of vital signs and administration of pain and infusion therapies are your responsibility.
• You ensure holistic, individual care and use nursing concepts such as kinesthetics as well as storage and relaxation techniques.
• Close cooperation with various professional groups and active involvement in the further development of perioperative care shape your everyday work.
• You accompany learners in their practical training.
• In this function, you work in a varied and dynamic working environment with controlled shift operation.
• You basically work shift work from Monday to Friday, do a maximum of one Saturday assignment per month and – depending on the workload – at least three and a maximum of five night work per month. Your profile
• Diploma as nurse/nurse specialist HF or FH
• Ideally, you have experience in acute pediatrics or a completed postgraduate degree in anesthesia, intensive care or emergency care or the postgraduate course surveillance care

• Independent, flexible and solution-oriented working method
