- You play a key role in ensuring that our customers enjoy a holistic, first-class and individual care at home.
- You will support relatives and the persons to be cared for as well as the team in all matters relating to care
- You take over the holistic case management and provide with your expertise the arranged medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- You work and coordinate the interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, health insurance companies and the team
