Do you like to work with people? You would like to work with the health center Käferberg as of now or after agreement with our nursing team?
Tasks
- You take over the day responsibility on a department for acute and transitional care with or without emphasis dementia and are responsible for the advice and support of the residents and relatives during illness and crises.
- They are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adapting the care process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other levels of competence.
- They perform nursing and medical engineering tasks, mainly in complex unstable situations.
- They are present at doctor's visits and participate in interdisciplinary reports.
- They contribute to the development of departmental objectives to ensure quality and cooperation.
Profile
- Empathic personality with a strong human orientation
- Enthusiasm for self-responsible work, combined with team spirit and commitment
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/Daniel) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad and experience in dementia
- Good German knowledge in word and writing as well as excellent communication skills
- A prune humor, a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to think connected and high resilience
