Full description
For our surgical bed station with 34 beds at the Waid location we are looking for 1. July or by appointment a dedicated personality with a lot of heart and power.
Tasks
- You ensured professional support and care of our patients on the surgical bed ward.
- You are responsible for the implementation of nursing actions based on the nursing process and according to evidence-based nursing standards.
- You take responsibility for patient-centered documentation of the work and care process as well as the correct performance recording.
- You actively contribute to the education of our valued learners and students as a day care provider.
- You actively contribute to constructive interdisciplinary cooperation, work with high service quality and thus promote the quality of care.
Profile
- Completed training as nurse HF/FH
- Professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital is an advantage
- High level of technical and social competence as well as solution- and goal-oriented working methods
- Teamwork, responsibility and empathy
