Company and context
- Implementation of medical and nursing tasks (e.g. organization of the pharmacy and the laboratory, delivery of medication, blood sampling, intramuscular injections, writing of ECGs)
- Completed training HF as a nursing specialist with a focus on psychiatry (for foreign degrees with recognition)
- Experience in dealing with mentally ill people within psychiatric-psychotherapeutic institutions
- Joy in a responsible, independent and helpfully oriented activity in a versatile working environment and interest in leading therapeutic groups
- Ideally therapeutic skills, e.g. in DBT or Motivational Interviewing Good IT skills, especially in MS Office; SAP and KISIM skills are beneficial
- Open, team-capable personality with a high level of social competence as well as independent and reliable working methods
- Flowing knowledge of German in words and writing; Further knowledge of foreign languages
