As a university clinic, we combine clinical expertise with research and teaching – in a working environment characterized by interdisciplinary cooperation, trust and personal responsibility. 80-100% For our team of capacity management in adult psychiatry and psychotherapy at our location Lenggstrasse and in the large ambulatorium Oerlikon, we are looking for 1. December 2026 or by agreement Their tasks
- Triagulation of patients to the adapted treatment offer ambulatory, semi-stationary and inpatient
- Conducting advisory and crisis intervention talks on the telephone and on site
- Processing requests from internal groups of persons and external assignees
- Maintaining contacts with internal service providers
- Close cooperation with triage senior physicians
- Participation and design for process optimization
Your profile
- Completed, recognised vocational training in the field of care HF/FH (certificate of recognition of the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of practical experience in psychiatric institutions in Switzerland, preferably in the Canton of Zurich
- High professional, social and self-competence, high resilience as well as flexibility and analytical thinking
- Enjoy working with different professional groups
- Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, further language skills are advantageous
- Readiness for night and weekend services
