- Gewährleistung der pflegerischen und pädagogischen Versorgung im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie nach milieutherapeutischen Prinzipien (Gruppen- und Einzelsetting)
- Unterstützung der Kinder und Jugendlichen in Krisensituationen
Main responsibilities
- Gewährleistung der pflegerischen und pädagogischen Versorgung im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie nach milieutherapeutischen Prinzipien (Gruppen- und Einzelsetting)
- Unterstützung der Kinder und Jugendlichen in Krisensituationen
- Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses sowie Sicherstellung eines professionellen Rapportwesens
- Flexible Unterstützung der verschiedenen Teams am Standort nach Bedarf
- Vorwiegend Nachtdienste (21:30 bis 7:00 Uhr) oder Spätdienste (von 12:45 bis 21:45 Uhr)
- Abgeschlossene, anerkannte Berufsausbildung im Fachbereich Pflege HF/FH, (Anerkennungsnachweis bei ausländischen Diplomen)
- Berufserfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich, vorzugsweise in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz und patientenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitwirkung an Entwicklungsprozessen
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Belastbarkeit
