For the stationary housing integration we are looking for a motivated personality on 01.12.2026 or by appointment.
Tasks
- They support our 80 sought-after and mentally impaired clients during the day (no night service) in the dorm.
- They are the reference person for the resident and coordinate the care services.
- You are responsible for the implementation of the support process, including crisis intervention.
- They work independently in a cross-professional team 365 days a year.
- They are responsible for interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists and assigning bodies.
Profile
- A degree as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Experience with addicted or mentally impaired people / acute psychiatry beneficial
- High social and self-competence in dealing with difficult situations
- Self-employed and self-reliant working methods and a strong sense of quality and service
- Enjoying a job in a complex and challenging field
