In this versatile role, you combine psychiatric care with triage, customer management and professional advice. At the same time, you accompany people in demanding life situations and actively shape the further development of our offer Mental Care.

YOUR TASKS

• Case management and needs assessment in the area of mental care
• Triage, prioritization and coordination of customer registrations
• Networking and collaboration with all mental care teams
• Participation in the development of the new team and participation in the implementation and further development of processes

You bring with you

• Courage to try things and go new ways
• Completed nursing training at tertiary level, at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry and NANDA skills
• Experience in case management, triage or intake processes is advantageous
• Safety in the assessment of complex psychosocial situations as well as affinity for people in psychologically stressful situations
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method with high decision-making and organizational competence
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. B2)
