You take responsibility for the care process, coordinate the care of our customers and contribute to their quality of life every day with your expertise. In our Somatic Care teams, you can expect an exciting and varied working environment with medical technical tasks as well as a wide range of care situations. This way you stay on the pulse of time and can constantly expand your knowledge. Your working hours are usually from 7:00 to 16:00. YOUR TASKS
- You support our customers in being able to live independently in their home for as long as possible.
- You take over the case management and are responsible for planning, controlling and evaluating the care process.
- You advise and accompany customers, customers and relatives and create trust through your expertise.
- You coordinate the cooperation with doctors, specialists and other stakeholders and ensure optimal care.
- You share your knowledge in the team and accompany new employees, learners and students.
- You ensure professional and seamless care documentation.
