Responsibilities

• You care for and support our guests and patients competently within an interdisciplinary treatment team
• You take responsibility and control of the care process for your assigned guests and patients
• You take on the daily and specialist responsibility, are BESA co-responsible for the nursing department, and are an active reference person for our patients and guests
• You actively participate in the practical training of nursing students and learners
• Requirements
• You have a completed and recognized diploma in nursing at tertiary level (HF / FH) in Switzerland and already have first professional experiences in long-term care or in an acute hospital in Switzerland
• With your BESA experiences and wound management knowledge, you enrich our team at Tertianum Horgen
• You are ready to apply nursing diagnostics practically with the help of electronic patient documentation
• You are characterized by a friendly and humorous basic attitude and secure communication with our guests and patients in German (spoken and written) What We Offer
