- Diploma in Nursing Professional HF/HF with BScN or Diploma in Nursing Professional HF in the BScN study program
- Openness to innovations to strengthen and develop the quality of care
Main responsibilities
- Ensuring professional care for our patients with various disease profiles
- Own area of responsibility to secure the quality of care and care in consultation with the ward manager and collaboration with nursing experts
- Shaping the ward's daily life and active participation in improvement processes
- Participation in a collegiate team with a culture of appreciation
- Contribution to the nursing forum, implementation and development of guidelines and nursing standards Requirements
- Work experience on a surgical ward and experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland are advantageous, but not mandatory
- Openness to innovations to strengthen and develop the quality of care
- Ability to transfer scientific knowledge into practice and ensure its implementation in the long term
