Main responsibilities

  • Ensuring professional care for our patients with various disease profiles
  • Own area of responsibility to secure the quality of care and care in consultation with the ward manager and collaboration with nursing experts
  • Shaping the ward's daily life and active participation in improvement processes
  • Participation in a collegiate team with a culture of appreciation
  • Contribution to the nursing forum, implementation and development of guidelines and nursing standards Requirements
  • Work experience on a surgical ward and experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland are advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Openness to innovations to strengthen and develop the quality of care
  • Ability to transfer scientific knowledge into practice and ensure its implementation in the long term

Key requirements

  • Diploma in Nursing Professional HF/HF with BScN or Diploma in Nursing Professional HF in the BScN study program
