You master complex situations sovereignly and keep an overview.
During the night you are responsible for the smooth running of the station.
Relevant events and your services are documented reliably and correctly. Requirements
You are Dipl.
Care professional HF or FH.
For foreign degrees, recognition or a positive PreCheck by the Swiss Red Cross is required.
Ideally, you already have experience in psychiatric care, or would like to familiarize yourself with this exciting field.
You enjoy working at night and even in challenging situations you remain calm and sovereign.

You are socially competent, resilient, self-employed and a real team player.
Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good IT skills make administrative tasks easier for you.
