Company and context
- Responsibility for the training of all HF/FH nursing students in technical, personnel and organizational terms, including operational planning
- Leading and supporting employees directly reporting to them in all work-related topics
- Planning and implementation of learning support, learning and working groups (LAG), school days and inter-company courses as well as joint management of the LAG with the vocational training FaGe
- Shared responsibility for ensuring the training mandate and for the continuous development of training quality
- Implementation of the nursing process as well as documentation and performance recording (RAI)
- Recruitment support throughout the selection process
- Assuming day-to-day responsibility in the five residential groups to ensure the well-being of the residents
- Participation in early and late shifts as well as one or two weekend shifts per month
