- Ensure patient-oriented and professional care in all three shifts
- Promote and support caregivers and the team in specific, complex care situations

- If interested and suitable, represent the head of IPS nursing in her absence together with vocational training; take on personnel and professional leadership tasks during this time
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from Switzerland or recognized by SRK
- Postgraduate study in IPS or foreign IPS training recognized by ZINA
- Proficiency in leading the nursing process, conducting nursing assessments, and in Clinical Assessment
- Knowledge of practice development methods (e.g., moderation of case discussions, coaching and providing feedback, planning and accompanying changes)
- Knowledge in Evidence Based Nursing
- Good IT and media application skills
- Confident expression and good understanding of German in spoken and written form
