Full description
We are looking for a team-oriented personality for our bed station at the Frauenklinik with a focus on postpartum beds at the Triemli site, either immediately or by appointment, for the time being until the end of March 2027.
Tasks
- You are responsible for the independent, independent and holistic care of women in different life situations and newborns.
- You take responsibility for the care of women and newborns in obstetric and medical risk and crisis situations.
- You are responsible for patient-centered documentation of the work and care process as well as for the correct performance recording.
- You support the team with the introduction of new employees and take on joint responsibility in the care of students and learners
- You promote a constructive interdisciplinary cooperation with high service quality.
- You work to improve the quality and development of care.
Profile
- Training as a Dipl. Nursing professional / Dipl. Care specialist HF/FH or Dipl. Midwife FH/BSc with professional experience on postpartum / Gynecology
- Self-employed and flexible working methods
- Strong communication skills, commitment to team development and good interdisciplinary cooperation
- High level of technical and social competence
- Willingness to work in shift work
