For the Tertianum Grünegg in Wald (ZH) we are looking for a
Responsibilities
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in line with our care mission statement and the care process
- Carrying out treatment nursing activities
- Planning and support of doctor's rounds
- Electronic care documentation using Care-Coach
- Assumption of tasks as a caregiver
- Control of the care process
- Leading case discussions
- Readiness for night shifts
- Assumption of day-to-day responsibility, optional: management of nursing staff
- Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier, technical authority to issue instructions
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognised by the SRC
- Professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/in-house Spitex is an advantage
- Experience as a BESA tutor or responsible person desired
- A warm and humorous attitude
- Enjoyment of a variety of challenges
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German
