Tasks
- You take responsibility for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the care process in the interdisciplinary team, taking into account the individual needs of patients.
- You ensure high-quality, patient-centered documentation and correct performance recording.
- You actively participate in the interdisciplinary cooperation and contribute to the continuous promotion of care quality.
- You participate in the training, support and promotion of students and learners and support them in everyday work.
Profile
- Completed training as nurse HF/FH
- Ideally experience in the acute hospital
- Independent, responsible working methods with high quality and service awareness
- Strong social skills, empathy and enjoyment of teamwork
- Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and engagement in development processes
- Passion for the nursing profession and pleasure in passing on knowledge
