Tasks
- They look after and care for the residents individually and resource-oriented in the reference person system.
- They are responsible for the care and care process and assume daily responsibility.
- You carry out the care and care documentation, plan care measures based on the care process and contribute your expertise and experience in the long-term area.
- They are involved in family work and actively participate in team meetings, projects and working groups.

Profile
- Empathetic personality with a strong human orientation
- Enthusiasm for self-responsible work, combined with team spirit and commitment
- Completed training as a nurse (HF/FH/DNII) with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
- Excellent knowledge of German in words and writing as well as excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, the ability to think in a network and high resilience
