The nature of your activity
- Ensuring professional and holistic care of our patients with different clinical conditions in close cooperation with the interprofessional treatment team
- Ensuring a high quality of care through consistent implementation of standards and guidelines
- Active and constructive participation in interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
- Participation in the further development of the Palliative Care department in close cooperation with the care expert and the interprofessional team
- Accompanying and advising our FaGe learners and HF/FH students in close cooperation with the vocational trainers
The basis of your performance
- Degree as a Dipl. Medical specialist HF/FH including current professional experience in a medical department. Experience in Palliative Care is an advantage
- B1 Palliative Care or CAS Palliative Care – or willingness to complete it in the course of employment
- Ability to empathize with simultaneous inner stability, especially with regard to working with people in difficult situations and at the end of life
- High self-employment, communication skills, initiative and social skills
- Willingness to work in all shifts incl. Night service
