Main responsibilities
- Independent implementation of primary care and treatment of residents in the reference person system
- Planning and implementation of the care process together with the team Cooperation in the multi-professional team Assumption of day-to-day responsibility
- Responsibility for recording nursing measures and classifications RAI LTCF
- Ensuring compliance with in-house instructions (maintenance guidelines, instructions)
- Accompaniment of employees: women in the professional and interpersonal area Requirements
- You have completed training as a nurse HF or a Swiss recognition SRK
- You like to work in early, late and night service
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing (at least level B2) Networked thinking
