Exciting challenges await you

• Reception and farewell, courteous care, as well as competent advice for additional insured patients, guests and visitors
• Provision of patient rooms
• Menu recording and food ordering
• Service at the patient bed, laundry in the patient rooms, flower care
• Responsibility for administrative and organisational day-to-day processes at Guest Relation
• Training of new employees
• Assignment in the hotel industry team as required
• Cooperation with care and all other interfaces

What sets you apart for the job

• Willingness to work in shifts between 06:30 - 19:00, room hours and weekend / public holidays
• Completed vocational apprenticeship or experience in gastronomy or healthcare
• positive, attentive and responsible nature
• reliable, independent and structured working method
• Strong customer and service orientation
• very good oral and written knowledge of German, understand Swiss German
