For our psychotherapy station A0 with treatment focus depression we are looking for 1. November 2026 or by agreement one or more

The station specializes in the treatment of people with depressive symptoms. Therapeutic work is based on a multidimensional understanding of depression. Psychotherapeutic and pharmacological treatment is based on current knowledge and focuses on the modular integration of CBASP and ACT. In addition, complementary medical offers are used. The usually open-guided maisonette station has 21 treatment places.

Their tasks

• Accompaniment of patients on their recovery path in the context of one-on-one discussions and in daily work in the station
• Bringing the perspective of mental illness experience and recovery into treatment-relevant areas
• Collaboration with the core team
• Conducting a peer-led group offer to support the personal recovery process of those affected
• Support and networking for aftercare
• Offered, e.g. self-help group participation in Intervisions as well as in the Peer & Recovery group

Your profile

• You bring a high level of professional and personal competence as an expert from experience and were ideally already working as a peer in stationary setting
• You have completed peer training (EX-IN or PMS)
• You have an expanded understanding of your recovery history and can talk about it in a differentiated way
• You can be a translator and facilitator for patients (e.g. answering questions about clinical pictures)
• You can approach other people empathetically and unbiased
• You have a high level of teamwork ability
• You have the ability to work independently and self-organized
