- Your Key Responsibilities: Development and configuration of business applications: Design, configure and develop agile applications (especially on Low-Code/No-Code technologies) to respond reactively, tailor-made and concretely to the operational issues of our workshops.
- Success and delivery of the roadmap: Take charge, pilot and complete the various steps of the digital roadmap already initiated, respecting the triptych CDQ (Cost, Time, Quality) and ensuring the transition to the field.
Main responsibilities

- Engaged member of trade committees: Actively participate and be a key contributor to local committees with trades in order to share developments, capture the evolution of operational needs and consolidate new applications.
- Ensuring continuity of service, support and enrichment: Ensure the operational support of deployed tools while actively piloting the enrichment and continuous improvement of existing solutions (updates, new features).
- Provide documentation to ensure efficient service continuity.
- Continuous prioritisation and framing: Collaborate with the trades to capture needs, identify friction points on the ground and prioritize the sprints of achievements according to a logic of impact Gains / Efforts.
- Relais Manufacture et Groupe: Be the relay of the Manufacture to the Groupe (Richemont / Cartier Industrie) to align local developments, accelerate digital transformation and enhance our success.
- WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR HOUSE?
- With a graduate degree (Bac+5, of the type School of Engineers, Business or Master in Information Systems / Project Management), you justify a solid and confirmed experience in project management, ideally acquired in an industrial or production environment.
- A knowledge of the flow of execution logistics (physical flow management, storage, supply, shipments) is an important asset to quickly understand our flow issues.
